You have to smile

There is something about  robins that always cheers me up.

This is the third or fourth time that I've been to Hampton Court intending to take macro shots of flowers and come away with a shot of one of these happy little chaps singing his heart out. Sadly the flowers were either a little too far gone or not quite ready - the mild winter weather seems to have really messed with the timing of these things.
