Bird's eye

no, not peas .... or Cat's Eye, to give it's other common name.  Germander Speedwell, or Veronica Chamaedrys was considered a good luck charm for travellers, the flowers speeding you on your way.  Another early flower, they're not meant to appear until April!  Complete with a bug!
