Pollened

At last a decent day to get work done in the garden and very pleasant it was too, even warm enough to have a morning coffee outside whilst admiring my handiwork.
Among the crocus I found the first bee of the season who had gone into hyperdrive hoovering up as much pollen as it possibly could. After at least 15mins of diving from flower to flower it seemed to pass out either drunk from the pollen or from overwork. I left it in peace and when I checked after lunch it had gone so hope he managed to get his huge load back to base safely.
