Still coughing.  Had to pick up a prescription today and the chemist suggested this mixture might help.
Saw doctor yesterday as consultant thought my blood pressure was high..  It is only high when it is taken on a machine and not manually, which the doctor proved it to be.  Told me that I should always ask for it to be taken manually!
Got medication and sympathy from the doctor.  They must be fed up with everyone coughing.  Go around armed with cough sweets and water - but still manage to embarrass myself with coughing at inappropriate times.  Just need some sleep!

No blip yesterday as camera needed batteries (it is old fashioned) and couldn't get them until today.
