Bills

Fruit and veg piled high
In the corner greengrocers
Now a small empire


Met with the lovely Karen for lunch at Bills in Lewes.  many many years ago we used to live just along the road from here.  At that time Bills was the greengrocers on the corner.  Always popular due to the quality of their fruit and veg.  They added a cafe, expanded into the shop next door, opened another restaurant in Brighton .... and now they are everywhere!
They still do lovely food and create a friendly atmosphere, which is why they are so successful.

Anyway, it was lovely to meet up with Karen and have a good natter over lunch.  I couldn't decide between a photo I took of her and this one, so I have added the one of her in extras.
