The day stared out with a little attempt to rain and it was cool. This afternoon someone turned the thermostat up to high. I had a coaching session with Ophelia today and she is running better and stronger than she has for a few weeks this was good to see, she worked very hard and did 5 x 200  (3 x). This tiny seed is captured in the webbing of this Cobweb.
