Aloo Tikki Prep

We had our friend Steph round for some food and fellowship last night and I made some Aloo Tikki - I liked the industrious state of my kitchen and decided to snap this in the middle of adding lemon to the final potato dough before frying in the pan at the back.  The Tikki were a little crumbly but tasted pretty good with some Indian pickle!
