Portobello Bottle Kilns

Returning home after a poddle along the prom, we passed the famous bottle kilns which are all that remain of Portobello Pottery, which produced the well-known Buchan thistle design. They date from (left to right) 1909 and 1906 and were restored in 2014, but the surrounding area paved more recently.
