This shop is on our High Street and it's one of those shops that looks as though it's been there forever.  

I've never been inside it so can't comment on the interior or the products on sale, but from the outside it gives the impression that should I step over its threshold, I would be entering a time machine and in a second would be whisked back to a time when men were men and women knew their place ;-))

Had a lovely lunch with Marion today.  Since she stopped working with Alan at the end of last summer I think I've only seen her once so it was great to catch up.  

We headed to a local cafe for lunch at 1.30pm and finally dragged ourselves out the place at 10 to 5!  

Great food, great chat and great company.  I can think of worse ways to spend a Sunday afternoon.
