Home-made pavlova for one!

I had a few egg whites left over the other day, so tried my hand at making meringue nests. Gave them to the guests last night and they asked for the recipe! doing them in the warming oven of the Aga is the key method, so it might be an expensive recipe

Tasted good too. :)
