Reminiscing

the other day about 78's I thought I would venture up into the loft. The first one I came across  was the very first one I ever bought.Singing the Blues.. The RCA one is Elvis.The 45" is by the Wonderful Mr Mathis ! The Columbia one is Priceless and a replacement. Its the Last train to San Fernando which is what I nearly took after my Dad picked  the original up and smashed it on my head. I was being cheeky to my Mam which was a No No.
I MUST stress that my Dad was never violent and never touched a hair on my head (apart from Breaking the Record ) that time on my hair,. He did give me the money to buy another one.
He could smash a million records on my head if I could have him back. :(
