Too Loud?

We were enjoying the music and didn't think so. 

This motley crew appeared unannounced at the Bellingham Farmers' Market. The words on the banner are "Krewe du Cascadiana". The closest thing to this that I found with a Google search was Krewe du Cascadia. It's a different group, but they share the same mission!
