Good start

I woke early with more throbbing tooth action. Boots furnished me with Ibuprofen and Codeine, as well as a tube of Benzocaine, and I was ready to head for the Olympic pool at Stratford.

This is the start of heat 2 of the "100m Rescue Medley with Fins". Megan got off to a good start in lane 1, but 17.5m underwater after a 50m sprint proved too much for her.

For those of you who are unaware they have turned Lifesaving into a sport, with all the rules, accessories and tedium of every other support.
