Pre-Raphaelites

Helen and I went to visit the Pre-Raphaelite exhibition at The Walker Art Gallery in Liverpool this afternoon.I didn't realise how significant a role Liverpool had in the Pre-Raphaelite story.Over one hundred pictures but those of Rossetti really stood out for me.The exhibition was busy and the cafe full so we went next door to the coffee shop in the library.

The main picture and the selfie are on the roof terrace of the library which gives a great view over the city.The other extra is looking up towards the roof terrace.The selfie is my rather poor attempt at something Vivian Maier.

Dry and windy with some sunny spells.
