Orchid

Feeling a bit iffy last night, so I drank lots & lots of water and what with the weather blowing up a storm and all that water, I didn't sleep very much.  Consequently I've been doing very little today and that very little, I've done very slowly.

Been quite relaxing really. 

The weather played along and gave us both an excuse to stay home and pootle.  Another grey and rainy day, albeit a bit warmer than yesterday.

I need to start walking a bit more, I need to get myself moving a bit more.  I feel like I'm seizing up a lot.
