A mist opportunity!

We got up early  for a Sunday   as J wanted to go to a model railway show in Porthcawl.  The weather was horrendous, and the temptation to stay in bed was immense, but like the good wife that I am,  self praise is no recommendation I went with him. First of all, we turned up at the wrong Scout Hall, and discovered it was on the other side of Porthcawl, I didn't utter a word  we found the right place. It was a dump, to say the least, but J , like he always does, managed to find some  rubbish  bargains. He even bought some candles, that replicate the smell of a steamy , smoky, engine shed, and he paid for the privilege, yes really! On the plus side, we were out in under an hour, and then drove up to the sea front, for me to  get a blip. As you can see, the weather was really bad, and the  visibility was   virtually non existent. I was only outside for a few minutes, and the camera, and me, were covered in salt.  We were back home before noon,  thank goodness, but J is happy, and that is all that matters.  do you sense a hint of sarcasm here?
