cutting edge

This is one of my favourite tools.  It’s electric (natch) and the offset saw blade allows me to cut the door frame so I can slide the new flooring underneath rather than cut bits out of the floor.

Once it’s all decorated, of course.  I didn’t realise just how grotty the paintwork was until I got down on my hands and knees to get this blip.

We’ve done enough for today.  Tonight we’ll slump in front of the tv with Dickensian and Vera; not a bad end to the weekend.
