Cormorant and company

A bit of shopping had to be done on the way home from work. The Great Crested Grebe that I saw when I walked home from the supermarket disappeared under water just before I could take its photo. Fortunately, a Cormorant appeared a few moments later and sat with the Gulls for a few minutes before flying off again.

The sky looked grey the entire day but the rain didn't start until after I was home again.
