For sale

This is part of a four-acre lot that is for sale not far from us. It is very wooded and on a slope and here be snakes in summer. Nevertheless, it is very attractive but expensive (the lots alone start at more than $100,000) and there are many building restrictions. There are five more lots of varying sizes and they are selling but slowly.

In the extras is a moss which I think may be a Hypnum, but I have forgotten so much!
