Saturday: Lovran

I mentioned yesterday that some friends were supposed to be visiting, but unfortunately they were unable to make it. We had an apartment booked on the coast and couldn't get the money back so decided to come anyway.

So we are now in Lovran, on the Istrian coast, We have a great apartment in a turn of the century villa, just slightly let down by the noisy building works that are going on upstairs.

We have enjoyed a good long walk and have blown away quite a few cobwebs.
