Hot Bread

It's been a pretty miserable morning outside so I've spent most of it in the kitchen, knocking out a couple of loaves and reading the paper in between the baking work. So that's mostly reading! I've been experimenting again, a variation on Pilgrim Bread using Chipotle Cornbread mix instead of regular cornmeal. Seems to have given it a bit of a kick!
