A lost day in many ways but heaps done.

Pleased though I took a few shots this morning of the "battle field" up in the back reserve. My plan for a sunset shot was shot to bits when a big storm came over just prior to sunset, oh well another day.

Anyway, of the shots this morning although not the best shot technically, I really thought this one is a shot I may never get again!!??

Have a look at the way the kooka has its neck rotated to fend peck off the noisy minor as it takes off from the gum tree. Quite amazing!.
