Lantern Parade

The lantern parade had been postponed from Halloween and took place in a new venue- the old Festival Garden Site. In another change, entry was by tickets. But the rain held off, and with over 20 lantern "exhibits" it was a fine occasion. The stars were the flamingos with wonderful movement. I will post a few more examples in extras, plus our two visitors who now find themselves in my waiting in stations series.
