To the rescue
We started the day with a very long phone call to DHSS, we had been told that we may be entitled to some help whilst himself is not able to work.... We are, ninety three pounds a week. Better than a kick in the teeth... Covers the bills, just as well we've got a full freezer.
Good job we have our own biofuel ;-)
The next task was a trip to Pock to search for jogging type trews as jeans are not an option at the moment... No luck!
Called at Oxfam to collect the recycling then nipped to Saynos to drop some milk kefir grains and some dried elderberries off for a friend, when I retuned to my car I realised I had a flat tyre!
Normal people have RAC cover, my other arf is a mechanic, why would need cover? So I phoned him and asked what normal folk do... Then I phoned my long time friend Burrows. Job done and away I trolled.
Himself has to do walking to aid the scar tissue, we made it to the donkey field and back this afternoon. Will push a bit further tomorrow.
