Snow drop in snow

The morning was spent walking around Dawyk botanical gardens.  It is a place I am becoming more familiar with and intend to explore further.  There was still much snow around and walking was sometimes unpleasant.  There are few flowers and buds remain tightly closed but there was still much to admire.

The snowdrops are the current highlight.  Whole banks of them are in flower and, with each flower nodding in the wind, the ground seems as if it is moving.

There was also an exhibition of photographs taken at Dawyk.  I have some way to go.
