Hanoi

After another lovely night bus we arrived in Hanoi. In our opinion it's just another big city with crazy traffic, lots of nice bars, cafes and restaurants we can't afford and full of tourist scams. We got ripped off by our first taxi driver (he charged us $15 instead of $3 for the ride). Our budget is pretty tight now, we can literally only afford to eat street food (which includes a $1 beer of course). Pho and fried noodles are becoming our staple food.

We looked at the weather forecast and saw the sun was only shinning for 2 more days before temps dropped 15 degrees. We decided to chase the sun so tomorrow we are going to Halong Bay!
