Yet anther day of meetings and discussions about planning for the months and years ahead. And working out what we can manage to do with our resources and where the priorities lie. And writing up the records of the discussions. Good work but time consuming as we wish to hear all the views of the team.


Tonight my wife and I were treated to a meal out by some friends to mark my significant birthday last year (it's taken us a month or so to get a suitable date) and my wife's impending retirement.

We were in a central Edinburgh location where the original house had been converted. The dining room was modernised but lovely. And the staircase reflected the tradition perspective.

A great enjoyable evening.
