Abstract Thursday 34 Flying fish

I had very little time today to put something together for AT34, so I decided to photograph another of the charming beaded decorations  given to me by Zeus09s mum.   Today was the turn of the fish: I've shown the original as an extra.  I did the usual variety of changes: 'Twirl'  and 'Solarise' in PS to change the colour and form, then some other little tweaks in Picasa.  I would  have preferred more time to produce something a little  different from my previous efforts but I  quite like today's result.
I've since learned that these beaded decorations are made by children in Mexico, some as young as 7 years old.  The Hummingbird featured on Tuesday was made by a 12 year old.
