A Ship and Lantern

There's a restaurant on The Shore by the name of "The Ship" (also known as The Ship on the Shore), this hangs outside. I don't know how old it is (I suspect not very) but there are references to The Ship Tavern going back to at least the 1700's. If you are looking for sea food I've heard (not tried myself as I'm not a sea food fan) the food and service here are excellent, they also have outdoor seating just in case the sun makes an appearance, actually you'd be surprised how many people sit outside in all but the worst weather.
