Most days, if I have time, I've been trying to try a different considered-a-hill to see how it works with no gear-choice. Smokey Brae and Willowbrae Road weren't bad (and are shortish rather than protracted) and the Innocent tunnel was surprisingly unnoticeable, whereas Regent Road yesterday is at almost exactly the wrong gradient to be comfortable, but then I've never liked it. Bonnington Road was OK, but I've yet to try Dundas Street or Dublin Street or any of the proper hilly hills like Abercorn or Kaimes or actual hill hills.
