Gardening Boys

Here's our good friend Alistair and Bb tackling some gardening on our patio this afternoon. We have a 'plant' which is about 20 ft (6 metres) high and it could only be cut back by borrowing our neighbours' special cutting contraption and needs two people to handle it. I spent a few hours on the patio this morning moving all our plants to one side, chucking all the dead ones and raking up all the dead leaves in preparation for their work. A productive day all in all and Bb and I have just had dinner in: lentil, chorizo and veggie stew and are enjoying our log fire again.
