A winter's evening

A trip to the vet's after work was reassuring when she diagnosed a little growth as an uncomplicated wart. I just made it back in time for yoga which was good. This shot was taken from the school car park as I came out. Not only do I feel the benefits of relaxation, stretching and balance, but I feel more in harmony within, with those around me and with my environment. Oh, and always a few centimetres taller!
