Hamster wheel

Ihave been catching sight of this MASSIVE thing for a couple of weeks now but down a road I don't know; today was the day I went to investigate, still non the wiser as no one around to ask , but noticed at the last minute that it was very slowly moving around, curiouser and curiouser.
