Newport City

It's supposed to be my day off but I've been quite busy doing calls out. I managed to get into Newport about midday and grabbed this aerial image of the sun shining on Newport City Centre.

The blip photo shows a train entering Newport railway station. Above it you can see Newport Civic Centre Clock Tower. It also shows the Newport 'wave' art sculpture (in red) as well as The Millennium footbridge (white) and in the far distance on the left of the picture is The Transporter Bridge. Between the railway bridge and the town bridge is Newport Castle.

The river running underneath these bridges is the River Usk.
