The Jug

I've been taken out to lunch today by two special friends R'n'B - their Birthday present to me,  and they took me to The Bear at Hodnet where we've had a very long and very lovely lunch and a great deal of chat.

I loved the jug full of Spring flowers in the foyer and was glad to see the pub/hotel is in the good hands of new owners who have given it a marvellous facelift.  We're taking our men folk back there in March for what I'm sure will be a very good evening and dinner.
