Arial

The day had been grey both inside the office and outside. I'd spent all day preparing some submissions to get some funding for some projects.

However the sun was out when I left. The golden statue (Shakespeare's Arial) on the roof of the Bank of England was shining in the sun. As I stood and watched the seagulls circled overhead.

You will need to go large to see it

The thing that made me smile: I saw a rainbow as I walked up the hill home. It was pouring with rain but the sun was out.

Exercise: Walked across London (that's fairly normal and doesn't really count) . Might wave some weights around before bed
