Tight & Tidy

A typical Dutch house this is ~ it must be realised in the early years of the 20th century and I assume it first owner was a notary or a GP, for sure a citizen with a steady and solid income and who's respected then.
Haven't got a clue who owns it now, but surely a citizen with a steady income and as it's located a little out of town I imagine no kids in the household here
