The Money Pit

Recently my wee car has become quite the money pit!

Service last week (£100 more than quoted due to extras required) told me that my timing belt should have been changed at 96,000 miles - which was quite some time ago! So that's another £300+ and then to top it all off, I get a chip with cracks radiating around it on my windscreen - why could this not have happened last week when I was at a loose end?!?! Typically my insurer uses a company that is only open 8.30 to 5.30 Monday to Friday!!!

Grumble grumble!

I did try to get a pic of the crack but it was even more rubbish than this one turned out to be!
