Spiralizer

Tonight I made "pasta" with butternut squash, kale and chicken meatballs. Dan does most of the cooking in our relationship but I can still make a mean dinner when I need to. ;) I love making spiralized veggies but have yet to find a way to help them keep their shape... they almost always fall apart as they cook, which was the case again tonight. In any case, the flavor was delicious.
