Sunrise

I didn't have to go far for this beautiful view of the sun rising above our back garden.

This was the last day off before returning to work tomorrow. Although I've had a long stretch of days off, it always feels like a rush to get all those things done that I needed to do while I was at home. The day was filled with paperwork, shopping, laundry, and even a visit from our friendly community policeman! No, I'm not in trouble with the law - just having a conversation about other people's parking violations in our neighbourhood. Pity I didn't think of it - a picture of him and Dolly would have provided an interesting blip!!
