Vegan cake

I am on cake duty for my social insects lecture tomorrow so, because someone in my cake is vegan, I made a vegan chocolate cake. It actually tastes great - the butter and eggs have been replaced with water and coconut oil and it is very rich and chocolatey. Thankfully I made two so that one can stay here for us to eat it!
