The Apprentice...
Pizza Chef strikes again. Second time around I am getting a better feel for the springiness and consistency of the dough and able to roll it out thinner. However I have yet to learn how to fling it around in the air and slap it down on the deck in a near perfect roundel like the professionals at Pizza Express...yet!...that may take a year or two to perfect.
Meanwhile we are starting to sort out the details of a summer visit to the Azores which is exciting. Hoping we may get the opportunity to spot whales...
