I got up before lunch and got myself to midday kickboxing. 
An hour of jump spin this and jump spin that and I decided I was allowed a latte in the coffee shop across the road before heading home.
Dinner with H (who announced she has signed up to run the Streak For Tigers charity run) before seeing Ursula Martinez' show.
