On Top of The World

One of the perks of starting work at 00:30 in the morning is knowing I will be seeing the sunrise in the morning. I have wanted to take a photo like this for a long time.

Below the mountain is a valley, then a ridge and another valley but that one is fog covered. This is Mount Jefferson at 3200 Meters / 10,500 Feet.

Wonderful day when woken up by a phone call saying the trailer is ready and now I knew I would beat the snow. Headed to Idaho in the morning after sleeping in ;-)
