I had my first proper session with my newly discovered chiropractor today and feel inspired to take much better care of myself. He seems like someone special and I felt really lucky to have found him.

It was a very long drive away though, and I got home late to the news that my mother has had a mild heart attack, but is comfortable in hospital.
