Madame surveys our hotel for the night from the edge of the lagoon in St. Cyprien. We arrived after a pleasant lunch snack in Spain, where we topped up with a few essentials, Rioja, Cava etc and are now checked into our mini suite for the night. 

48 years ago we had supper in London on this date, but I can't remember what we ate. Let's hope supper ce soir is more memorable.
