Pancakes! (Finally!)

I know Pancake Day was last Tuesday, but as usual I wasn't prepared for it. So today, the last day of K's half term break we made Scotch Pancakes otherwise known as dropped scones. K did most of the work. Some of them were slightly burnt, but a good helping of butter & jam solved that problem:-)
