Yeast Belching

Another lovely sky today and lovely sunset. Could not catch it as stuck in the office.

I rescued this cider from the garage as it appeared to have stopped bubbling. A couple of hours in the heat and the yeast has started reacting again. That is it back to the garage it has had it's weekend in warmer climates.
