Happy Lunar New Year!

2016 is the year of the monkey. Last night we celebrated our second new year, Vietnamese style. We met up with 3 English girls we met in Hue and sat riverfront drinking and crowd watching. The night ended up at a crazy bar full of backpackers dancing the night away! The firework display was massive. We were only 25m from where they set them off, so when the large quantity exploded overhead it was intense! This marks the start of the Tet holiday here in Vietnam for the next 7 days.
