Needle

A day at home today.
Holiday madness.
I spent the day mostly hiding in the dining room getting some work done while the Little Misses squabbled, watched too much rubbish TV, did lots of art and craft, ate their way through the cupboards and fridge, made an incredible amount of mess and rolled their eyes and shouted when asked - nicely - to tidy some of it up.
Sigh.
I did get to Fat Club this morning. For the first time in a month! I went to a morning weigh-in in Winslow which I've never been to before. Four pounds on which I didn't think was too bad considering that I've eaten whatever I've wanted for weeks. In fact pretty much since before Christmas!
Back on it now. A very depressing twelve pounds to lose to get back to my target.
